Aduana Stars have received a massive injury boost ahead of their titanic clash with leaders AshantiGold as goalkeeper Stephen Adams has returned to training.

The 27-year-old picked a knock during training a fortnight ago and has missed a couple of games including the match day fixture.

But club CEO Albert Commey has confirmed the former Black Stars regular keeper has returned to training and is likely to face AshGold at the Agyeman Badu Park.

"He has started training and we are hoping he will be in post to help the team," he told Sports Crusader.

"He is one of the best goalkeepers we have in this country and so for him to return and come back strongly for this team is a good omen for us.

Our aim is to win the league and we will try as much as possible to do so with the return of Adams."
