The death has been announced of Mama Lydia Oladunni Ogunbote, the mother of the Technical Adviser of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan on Thursday.
The Oluyole Warriors in a press release informed the general public of the news which it was said to have been confirmed by Gbenga Ogunbote himself.
"Confirming the development to3SC Media, the Oracle, as the sweat merchant is popularly called, said mama Lydia Oladunni Ogunbote, gave up the ghost on Thursday, October 6th, 2022, at the ripe age of 107."
She is survived by four children, namely, Alhaji Taofeek Ogunbote, Mrs Olayinka Kola- Ogunlade, Mr Gbenga Ogunbote (the 3SC gaffer) and Pastor Alaba Ogunbote, grand children and great grand children.
According to the release, the burial arrangement will be announced by the family later.
