West Ham eyeing a move for Nigerian striker Isaac Success

According to All Nigeria Soccer, the former youth coach of Isaac Success claims that West Ham are interested in signing the Watford flop.

His former youth coach Douglas Idahosa believes that Isaac Success could leave Watford this summer because of a lack of first team opportunities.

Idahosa added that if Success is not given first team assurances, he will move on with West Ham United interested in the former Granada winger.

Isaac Success has not enjoyed a successful debut season in England after his £12.5m move to Watford last summer.

The Nigerian international managed just 2 starts – and a further 17 appearances from the bench – in his first season with Watford, scoring the one goal.

The 21-year-old is growing frustrated with his playing time, despite offering the option of playing as a winger, centre forward or as a central attacking midfielder.

If Watford are not giving Success the game time that he needs, then he is probably not going to get much more time at West Ham with talented stars such as Michail Antonio, Manuel Lanzini and Andre Ayew on their books, as well as the likes of Robert Snodgrass and Sofiane Feghouli in that position.
