As the FIFA international break beckons, the Super Eagles are set to make their first appearance since the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) final with a fresh face at the helm, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Finidi George, currently serving as Enyimba's coach will lead the team in two friendly matches against Ghana and Mali in Morocco.

The ex-international who worked with the previous managers, Jose Peseiro will lead the technical crew in Marrakech, Morocco.

Likely absentees include Super Eagles invitee Gabriel Osho, who was missing from Luton's lineup, and Taiwo Awoniyi, who was not listed for Nottingham Forest.

This gathering marks the players' first reunion since the AFCON, albeit without former coach Peseiro, adding a new dynamic to the environment.

While there is no official confirmation of players withdrawing from the games by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), indications suggest a full squad participation.

The Super Eagles are scheduled to face Ghana on March 22nd, followed by a clash against Mali on March 26th, promising exciting encounters for fans.
