The Nigerian contingent at Russian side Amkar Perm has swelled to three following the official announcement of the loan signing ?of Aaron Samuel by the club from CSKA Moscow.
Samuel joins the duo of Brian Idowu and Fengor Ogude at the modest Russian side , and will be at the club on loan for the rest of the season according to the announcement by the club on their official website.
The Nigerian has endured a torrid time in Russia since joining CSKA Moscow on a permanent basis after a loan spell which was caught short by a knee injury picked up during his early days at the club.
Since joining them permanently in the summer, he has failed to match same height that made them snap him up. This season Samuel has been a bit part player in the team, and he will be hoping to get his bearing right following his move to the Amkar Perm
Already he has impressed the technical crew of the team with two goals to his name in friendly games as part of the preparations for the start of the second half of the season in Russia.
