Super Eagles midfielder John Ogu says he is looking forward to winning his third straight Israeli league title with Hapoel Beer-Sheva when they host Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Championship play-offs on Saturday.

Hapoel currently top the six-team play-off round with 11 points after five games.

In second position are Beitar Jerusalem on seven points, while Maccabi Tel Aviv are third also on seven points.

Hapoel will be crowned league winners with a win against Maccabi Tel Aviv with a game to spare in the play-offs.

“Winning takes talent, to repeat takes character. Chasing my 3rd League title in a row,” Ogu tweeted on Friday.

“A win tomorrow gets us the title. Toughest season for me professionally and personally but I am Grateful to God for always there for me whenever I call!!”
