Enyimba FC of Aba forward Ezekiel Bassey has joined Spanish giants Barcelona on a loan deal until the end of the season, the club has announced.
Bassey will spend more time with the B team of the Catalan side, but he is expected to train intermittently with the first team before the end of his loan with the Catalans.
His progress with the B team will determine if he will be promoted to the main team of the team, and subsequently signing on a permanent base in the summer.
The young talent is undergoing his medical examinations with Spanish giants Barcelona, before completing his loan move.
