Back in 2016, Tottenham Hotspur agreed a deal to sign a young Nigerian footballer by the name of Musa Yahaya, and then things went quiet.
There is no doubt he began training in North London but stories quickly emerged that he had left the club, and when no official announcement was made Spurs fans were left wondering if it had all been a dream.
It was not until this January that a report from All Nigeria Soccer filled in the gaps on a very confusing episode, with a Nigeria Football Federation insider claiming Tottenham had asked for a refund on the pre-contract agreement after Yahaya's less than impressive time on the training field.
As reported by Own Goal Nigeria earlier in the saga, Tottenham got £250,000 for the youngster; presumably the fee they had initially agreed to pay when the player turned 18 and later saw returned in the form of a full refund.
So how is the attacking midfielder getting on since the saga came to an end?
Well, Tottenham fans may be interested to know that since his failed spell in North London he has not exactly set pulses racing for FC Porto.
In fact he is currently turning out for their B team, managing just seven appearances this season, his first not coming until March.
In that time he has failed to score or assist and even spent one match - against Cova Piedade - as a makeshift right-back.
A previous spell at Portimonense last season saw a return of one assist in 12 appearances and while he is still only 19, on early evidence Tottenham were wise to ask for their money back having clearly seen enough in just a few short weeks.
