Eberechi Eze has spoken of his happiness at returning to parent club Queens Park Rangers after spending the first half of the season on loan at League Two club Wycombe Wanderers.

Despite his limited experience in first-team football, the former Super Eagles invitee caught the eye at the Chairboys, scoring 5 goals in 20 appearances in the English fourth-tier.

''It’s great to be back home,'' Eze told www.qpr.co.uk.

''It was the right decision for me to go out on loan and get some games under my belt. I learned a lot at Wycombe and now I want to use that experience back here.''

In recent weeks, QPR manager Ian Holloway has handed first-team debuts to a couple of outstanding youngsters in the U23 team, including Aramide Oteh.

''It’s been great seeing a lot of youngsters getting a chance in the First Team this season, It shows there’s room for players like us in the team.

''The aim for me is to get into the First Team and play as many games as I can,'' he added.
