Ghanaian international midfielder Mohammed Abubakari has gotten to work at Swedish side BK Hacken after joining them in the winter transfer from Åtvidaberg.

The 28-year-old was in full-time action for Hacken as they suffered a 2-1 loss against giants Helsingborg IF last week.

"It's good to be here and playing. I'm here to work and help the club and this is another stay," he said.

Abubakari's move to Hacken underlines the club's trust and confidence in Ghanaian players as he joins fellow countryman Nasiru Mohammed.

Hacken enjoyed a memorable time with Ghana striker Abdul Majeed Waris who nearly guided them to title success four seasons ago.

The Swedish league season gets underway in early March.
