Aduana Stars registered their second win of the season after struggling to beat visiting Heart of Lions 1-0 at the Agyeman Badu Park in Dormaa Ahenkro.
This was a game the Fire Club wasted well over good 15 convertible chances but striker James Abban and Richard Arhin blew them.
But Arhin got on target with the solitary goal of the game in the 61st minute and Lions could not equalise the goal.
Aduana have moved fourth with 7 points from their opening three games of the season.
