According to The Sun, Manchester United are set to scout PSV Eindhoven's Netherlands winger Steven Bergwijn, 21, with a view to making a £25m bid this month. Reports in Holland claimed both United and Liverpool sent representatives in October, with the Red Devils itching to add some width.
