Man City's Iheanacho Tracked By German clubs

Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho looks set to head for Germany with two clubs in the Bundesliga Hoffenheim and Bayer Leverkusen eager to have him on their sides.

The 20 year old Manchester city forward has gradually slipped from the pecking order even as the premiership side remain reluctant to consider him for outright sale.

Man City under Coach Pep Guardiola are hoping to pursue possible signing of Alexis Sanchez, Kylian Mbappe and Pierre Emerick Aubameyang an indication that the Nigerian international who has not been getting enough playing time at the Ethihad will further be sidelined.

While City are reluctant to agree a permanent sale for Iheanacho, the Eagles star is eager to play more games which implies that they will consider loan deal as a middle course for  both parties. Arrival of Brazilian forward Gabriel Jesus in

January marked the beginning of minimal play time for Iheanacho. Later injury for the Brazilian contrary to predictions in some quarters could not guarantee Iheanacho the much need playing time. Bundesliga clubs are however not the only ones hoping to have Iheanacho on their fold as West Brom had earlier shown interest following the departure of Saido Berahino to Stoke City.

Left for Man City fans however Iheanacho remains very important player who should be offered contract extension after summer. Over 82% of the fans voted for him to be signed on in a pool conducted on twitter with only 8% voting against. Iheanacho has scored seven goals in 25 appearances this season.
