Juventus Inform Real Madrid That it Will Take €120m to Bring Paul Pogba to La Liga Giants

"?Juventus representatives have informed Real Madrid that the fee to take Paul Pogba to La Liga is as high as €120m, the "?Guardian reports.

The Italian club are reportedly asking for €100m, which includes €20m-€30m of add-ons should Real Madrid win the Spanish title or lift the Champions League for a second consecutive year.

The 23-year-old's wages are also an obstacle which Madrid will have to climb should they want to sign one of Europe's most wanted young talents. The Frenchman is currently asking for €12m-€13m per season until 2021, but the Galatico's are more fixed on a fee of around €8m-€9m per season.

Despite being known as one of Europe's biggest spenders when it comes to marquee signings, even Madrid are finding Pogba's demands excessive, which is why the deal is stalling at this moment in time. The club met up with the player's agent Mino Raiola in Monte Carlo last week to discuss the eye-watering terms.

Speaking of Pogba, Raiola commented: "Pogba will be the man of this transfer market."

This isn't the first time that Pogba's demands have dented a side's ambition to sign the French international. While at Chelsea last season, Jose Mourinho made a €90m bid for Pogba in the summer, only for his wage demands to put off the club from developing the deal further.

Juventus are already planning a counter offer to Real Madrid's potential bid however, with the Serie A champions ready to offer Pogba an increase from €5m to €7m per season, making him one of the highest paid players in World football.
