Captain of Mauritius Jonathan Bruce is confident of picking up a point when his side come up against the Black Stars on Sunday.

The Black Stars will begin their quest to win the next Africa cup of nations to be held in Gabon with a tricky qualifying game against Mauritius on Sunday.

The Stars are favorite to win this one having both experience and home advantage on their side.

But skipper of Mauritius Jonathan Bruce says he and his colleagues are confident of causing a massive upset on Sunday.

“We come here knowing that we are underdogs but football is not certain,” The skipper said ahead of the game

“Ghana have a lot of good players and I played with John Boye nine years ago and I know he is a good player and I also know Andre Ayew who is not playing in this one.

“But we have seen a lot of upsets in football and we are believing we can come out of this one well.”
