Turkish doctor, sports analyst, and former referee Ahmet Çakar has shared his thoughts on Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen, and his comments highlight the Nigerian star’s intense mentality and professionalism.
“Osimhen is a very unusual player. I don’t know him personally, but from watching his matches, his dedication and professional discipline may be the best at Galatasaray,” Çakar said, according to habersarikirmizi.
Çakar noted that Osimhen demands high standards from those around him. “He doesn’t accept things quietly — he shouts at his teammates, he never gives up, and he takes his responsibilities seriously. When his job is done, he returns to Türkiye immediately and never misses his flight,” he explained.
Despite being known for his goals, Çakar says Osimhen’s work ethic stands out even more. “He’s a player with top-level professionalism. Even when he doesn’t score, I respect the fight and effort he shows on the pitch,” he added.
However, Çakar also warned that Osimhen’s fiery personality should be handled carefully. “Don’t push Osimhen too far. I can sense it — I can’t predict how he might react when he loses his temper. That’s just the kind of player he is. It’s the same intensity that led to his departure from Napoli.”
