Ghana striker David Accam making progress in training; set to debut in MLS for Chicago Fire

Chicago Fire striker David Accam is winning the fitness battle and should be ready for his MLS debut on Sunday.

The 24-year-old has is suffering from a hamstring which has sidelined him for two-weeks.

Accam missed the matches against Chicago Fire and the defeat to Vancouver Whitecaps.

But he has been working hard in training for Sunday’s visit to San Jose Eearthquakes.

Accam joined Chicago Fire from Swedish side Helsingborg.
