Our news desk understands that Turkish First League club Elaz??spor are on the verge of announcing the signing of former Dream Team VI trainee Olanrewaju Kehinde.
The 22-year-old has already agreed a six month loan deal with Elaz??spor , and the club have retained the option of extending the contract for three years in the summer of 2017.
Elaz??spor have pulled off a transfer coup by luring the physical striker to the club as he was heavily linked with a switch to rivals Adana Demirspor, but talks broke down because of the mode of payment of his transfer fees.
Olanrewaju Kehinde and his representative Ndubuisi Onyeali have been issued visas to Turkey, but won’t travel to Turkey until early next week, with his wedding due to take place in Surulere on Sunday, January 8.
He previously represented Maccabi Tel Aviv, Hapoel Afula, Hapoel Kfar Saba and Fujairah SC on loan from Nigerian club Dominion Hotspur.
