The Algeria team to face Nigeria in a Russia 2018 World Cup qualifier have landed in Nigeria.  The contingent  flew  to the Akwa Ibom State capital on a chartered plane, this evening according to our source.

The match is billed for this weekend at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium, with the Super Eagles seeking to extend their lead at the top of African qualifying Group B.

The Desert Foxes lie 3rd in group  B after drawing with Cameroon in their first qualifying match. The was led by long-serving FAF president Mohamed Raouraoua. They are hopeful in making a great impact on Saturday.
