Calvin Bassey scored his first Premier League goal of the season as Fulham came from behind to beat Burnley 3-2 at Turf Moor on Saturday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Bassey, who started the game at centre-back, netted Fulham's equaliser in the 31st minute, with Harry Wilson providing the assist.

The Nigeria international was in action all through.

Fulham's other Nigerian players were also influential, with Samuel Chukwueze setting up Wilson for the second goal and playing the entire game.

Alex Iwobi meanwhile, featured for 79 minutes.

The win moves Fulham up the table, while Burnley's defeat leaves them struggling near the bottom.
