Chris Giwa has rubbished claims made by the Amaju Pinnick led-group that it had filed an appeal against the order nullifying the Congress and subsequent election that brought the latter to office.
Giwa explained that the said process of challenging the Federal High Court injunction by the other group was replete with inconsistencies.
The club Proprietor said the stay of execution and appeal the Pinnick board claimed they filed on Friday was false, as they only just yesterday filed for a stay of proceedings, which differs from the stories feed to the public.
