Samuel Afful hit a double to power Sekondi Hasaacas to a comfortable 3-1 triumph over Liberty Professionals at the Sekondi Sports Stadium.

The Ghana U20 forward opened his season account with a brilliant finish in 47th minute after Frederick Quayson had put the Do-Boys ahead early in the first-half.

Liberty's defence was no match for the attacking prowess of Afful who had set up the opening goal by squaring for Quayson to slink home from inside of the box.

While Liberty's defence were in trouble for most parts of the game, attack obviously had the will to be asking the questions as their consolation goal was an own-goal conceded by Alfred Nelson Azumah - their former player.

After Quayson's opener, Afful grabbed a double, daftly finishing moves around a hapless Liberty Professionals defence.

Azumah's own-goal was like a sympathy message to his side.
