Opare celebrate his goal for Turkish giants Besiktas

Ghana defender Daniel Opare continued with his outstanding form for Turkish giants Besiktas on Sunday as he scored in their 2-2 draw against Bal?kesirspor at the Osmanl? stadium in Ankara.

The development is a massive boost of confidence for the utility who was played in his unusual left-back position as Be?ikta? failed to close the gap with Galatasaray to one point following the draw.

Demba Ba gave the Black Eagles the lead from the penalty spot on 35 minutes with his 23rd goal of the season.

Be?ikta? went into the half time break with the lead but Zec equalised soon after the break.

Daniel Opare wrapped up a great week for Be?ikta? with what looked like the winning goal three minutes later.

The Eagles grew increasingly tired as the match progressed and allowed Bal?kesirspor to get back into the game.

Bal?kesirspor grew in confidence towards the end of the match and Vargas equalised from the penalty spot on 83 minutes.

The draw was not enough to take Bal?kesirspor out of the relegation zone. Be?ikta? remain in second place on 49 points.

Opare joined Be?ikta? on loan from Porto over the winter transfer window.

The Bal?kesirspor game was only his fourth appearances for the Black Eagles since joining.
