FIFA have rejected Nigeria's request to have Tuesday's World Cup qualifier against Swaziland moved from Port Harcourt to Abuja.

The Nigerian Football Federation had called on the clash to be moved due to "logistical reasons", but world football's governing body say they are unable to grant the request.

"The request failed because it was done within the 10-day window allowed for such a request," a FIFA official Backpage Text.

Nigeria will be looking to make the most of home-ground advantage next week as they enter the second-leg against Swaziland with the scores still goalless from the reverse fixture.
