HJK’s director of football, Juho Rantala heaped plaudits on the striker and is happy with his arrival at the club.

” Chrisantus is a very good striker who can play on the ground too. Macky has done good things in quite a lot of clubs and we believe that HJK is an environment in which he is able to develop further,” Rantala told the club’s official website.

“In this way, we get more competition and alternatives to our attacking department, and of course our team is already taking shape ahead of next season.

“In addition, Macky is a positive and cheerful person, which is always a good thing.
