"?Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Erik Lamela has denied claims that he is seeking a move back to AS Roma, and insists he is only in Italy to recover from a troublesome hip injury.
The Argentinian attacker hasn't played for the Londoners since October, having suffered the injury in training.
He has since been given leave to fly home to Argentina to tend to his brother, who was involved in an accident, and upon return to the club, was granted further dispensation to travel to Rome to heal both mentally and physically.
He has been using Roma's treatment facilities, and naturally, rumours of a return to the Serie A side have been flying around.
Lamela has stepped in to refute such reports, using an Instagram post to send his message to fans.

Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has no idea when the player will return to his squad, but confirmed that he will be having a scan to determine his progress.
"Tomorrow Erik Lamela will have a scan," he explained, as reported in the "?Telegraph.
"Still it is difficult to give the time that he can come back. We need to wait tomorrow because there is still some problems, and we are still not sure of the diagnosis. Now we start to be concerned about him because he is three months and still in a situation that has not moved on."
