Chidiebere Nwobodo has rejoined Enugu Rangers ahead of the 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) campaign following a brief spell in Rwanda, reports NigeriaSoccernet.com.
The seasoned midfielder, who previously played for the Flying Antelopes during the 2023/24 season, has signed a two-year contract with Coach Fidelis Ilechukwu’s team.
Nwobodo makes his comeback from Rwandan champions APR FC, bringing valuable experience and leadership back to the Rangers’ midfield setup.
Before his overseas move, he amassed 102 league appearances and found the net 16 times. Notably, he was an integral part of the Rangers side that won the NPFL title two seasons ago.
