Ahead of the second leg of the CAF Champions League preliminary qualifiers between Plateau United and Stade Mandji of Gabon, Plateau United striker, Ibrahim Mustapha Yuga is optimistic of his team's chances.

The former NPFL champions top scorer though sees the tie as balanced, he is upbeat that his teammates can beat any team in the world.

 

"The game is a 50 50 battle but with the courage, motivation and strategy we derive from our technical crew and our loving fans - we have the might and confidence to beat any team.in the world. Surely we would deliver and play much better." He spoke confidently.

"Specifically, the camp is in high spirit and we believe any team that will come our way would be defeated- because we have the quality and individual players that can decide the game on Sunday"

Plateau United go into the second with a slight advantage after a two all draw in Franceville, Gabon.

 

The second leg is scheduled for Sunday, 18th September, at Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.
