Balogun, Troost-Ekong Donate To Uyo Children’s Home

Super Eagles defenders, Leon Balogun and William Troost-Ekong, displayed their generosity by donating gift items to the children of the Mother Charles Walker Children’s Home, Anua in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

The pair, who are currently in the Super Eagles camp preparing for the forthcoming international friendly against DR Congo in Port Harcourt on Monday, took time out to extend their generosity to the children at the home

Troost-Ekong, who is a native of Akwa Ibom State, has formed a good partnership with Balogun with the pair fondly called the ‘Oyinbo Wall’ as a result of their solidity and mixed blood .

Troost-Ekong featured in all of Nigeria’s six World Cup qualifying games while Balogun made five apprearances.

Both players are expected to make Nigeria’s 23 man squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
