Asisat Oshoala has left Arsenal Ladies to join Chinese team Dalian Quanjian the English club has announced.
The club revealed the move was still subject to the completion of the player’s registration process.Oshoala joined the club at the start of the 2016 FA WSL season and made 11 appearances for Arsenal Ladies, including the SSE Women’s FA Cup win at Wembley Stadium.
Asisat was recently awarded the African Women’s Player of the Year and was part of the Nigerian team that won the African Women’s Cup of Nations in December 2016.
The club thanked the Super Falcons striker for her contribution to Arsenal Ladies during the 2016 season and wished her well.
