AC Milan and Lazio chase Sevilla forward

Serie A duo AC Milan and Lazio are reportedly after Sevilla forward Ciro Immobile.

The 26-year-old, who spent half a season on loan at Torino, scored five times for the Turin based club in only 12 appearances after a disappointing spell at Sevilla. His current situation has alerted Serie A duo Lazio and Milan.

As per AS, Torino are unwilling to meet Sevilla’s €11 million price tag, allowing Milan to step in as favorites to acquire his services. Torino owner Urbano Cairo believes that the striker is unwilling to stay in Turin.

Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani is keen to sign the Italian, with young M’baye Niang set to depart San Siro to raise funds for the club.

Immobile joined Sevilla for a fee in the region of €10 million, after failing during a stint at Borussia Dortmund under Jurgen Klopp.
